1. Acceptance of Terms
Mega Creative Dashboard ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our") is an internal operations tool provided by Mega Creative Network, a YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN). By accessing or using the Application, you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Internal Use Only
The Application is intended solely for authorized members and partner creators of Mega Creative Network for the purpose of managing and analyzing YouTube channels within the network. It is not a public service. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
3. YouTube API Services
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that data handled by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Authorization & Accounts
Some features require you to authorize the Application to access your YouTube/Google account data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your access. You may revoke the Application's access at any time via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of YouTube's or Google's terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Application or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Application or its data without permission.
- Access or manage channels you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
6. Data & Privacy
Our handling of data accessed through YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy. Data is used for internal network operations only and is not sold or shared with third parties. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Mega Creative Network and protected by applicable laws. Channel and video content accessed through the Application remains the property of its respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Application as authorized — nothing more.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Risk assessments, statistics, and reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any outcome with YouTube. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mega Creative Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
