1. Overview
Mega Creative Dashboard ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our") is an internal operations tool built and used by Mega Creative Network, a YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN). The Application helps our team manage and analyze the YouTube channels that belong to our network and our partner creators.
The Application uses YouTube API Services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we access through those services, how we use it, how we store it, and how you can revoke our access at any time.
2. YouTube API Services
By using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Application accesses information from YouTube through the official YouTube API Services. All data handled by Google in connection with these services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review both documents to understand your rights.
3. Data We Collect Through the API
When a channel is connected to the Application (with the channel owner's authorization), we may access the following categories of data through YouTube API Services:
- Channel information — channel ID, channel title, description, thumbnails, and basic profile details of the connected YouTube channel.
- Video metadata — video titles, descriptions, publication dates, video IDs, tags, thumbnails, and category/status information for videos on the connected channel.
- Statistics — aggregated metrics such as view counts, like counts, comment counts, subscriber counts, and related performance figures provided by the API.
- Analytics & earnings — YouTube Analytics figures for the connected channel: watch time, subscribers gained and lost, traffic sources, viewer geography, and estimated earnings (scope yt-analytics-monetary.readonly). We use these to verify partner revenue and calculate revenue share.
- Google account identity — the email address and basic profile of the Google account used to sign in and authorize the connection (scopes openid and userinfo.email), so we know which person connected which channel.
We only request the minimum scopes necessary to operate the Application. We do not collect data from channels that have not been connected and authorized.
Device and cookie data. The Application sets a session cookie so that you stay signed in, and our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts, and no third party serves content or advertising inside the Application.
4. How We Use the Data
Data accessed through YouTube API Services is used strictly for internal network operations, including:
- Managing and organizing the channels within Mega Creative Network.
- Reviewing channel and video performance to support our creators.
- Assessing policy and monetization risk to help keep channels compliant.
- Producing internal reports and dashboards for our operations team.
5. Data Sharing
The data is used internally only. We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through YouTube API Services with any third party. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.
Access within Mega Creative Network is limited to authorized members of our operations team who need it to perform their work.
Service providers. We use Google's Gemini API to analyze publicly available video and channel information — such as a video URL, its title, and public statistics — in order to produce policy-risk reports and drafts. Only that public information is sent. Your Google account identity, your analytics, and your earnings figures are never sent to it. Our application servers and databases are operated by Mega Creative Network.
6. Data Storage & Security
We store API data in line with the storage rules of the YouTube API Services Terms of Service:
- Data we cache from the API is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 calendar days.
- Analytics and reporting figures that we keep longer, in order to build historical statistics for a channel, are covered by an authorization check: at least every 30 days we verify that the channel is still connected and the authorization is still valid. If it is not, the stored data is deleted.
- When a channel is disconnected or its access is revoked, we stop collecting its data immediately, and an automated nightly job deletes the stored data and credentials for that channel within 30 days. If you want that deletion done sooner, email us and we will complete it within 7 days.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, and access inside our team is limited to the people who need it for their work.
7. Data Deletion & Revoking Access
You can revoke the Application's access to your YouTube and Google data at any time through the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions (the same page also opens at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions):

Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Mega Creative Dashboard in the list of third-party apps with account access, and choose Remove Access. Once access is revoked, the Application can no longer retrieve your data, and the data we stored for your channel is deleted from our systems by an automated job within 30 days.
You may also email us at the address below to request deletion of any data we hold about your channel. We complete such deletions within 7 calendar days of receiving the request, and confirm to you by email once it is done.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
